1. Cancellation by Guest

2. Rescheduling
Guests may reschedule their stay once, free of charge, if requested at least 15 days before the original check-in date. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability. A second reschedule will be treated as a cancellation.
3. Early Departure
If a guest chooses to leave before the scheduled program end date, no refund will be provided for the remaining days. In case of a medical emergency requiring early departure, a partial credit may be issued at the management's discretion.
4. Cancellation by Kshemavana
In the rare event that Kshemavana cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, facility issues), guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. A processing fee of ₹500 may apply to all refund transactions.
