1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Kshemavana website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Kshemavana provides naturopathy wellness programs, accommodation, therapeutic treatments, and related services. All programs are conducted under the supervision of qualified naturopathy physicians. Services are subject to availability and medical assessment.

3. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our reservations team.
  • A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
  • Guests must complete the pre-arrival health assessment form before arrival.
  • Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Our naturopathy programs are complementary wellness services and are not a substitute for conventional medical treatment. Guests with serious medical conditions should consult their primary physician before enrolling. Kshemavana reserves the right to modify or discontinue any treatment based on medical assessment.

5. Guest Conduct

Kshemavana is a wellness sanctuary. Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful environment. Alcohol, tobacco, and non-vegetarian food are not permitted on the premises. The management reserves the right to ask guests to leave if conduct is disruptive.

6. Liability

Kshemavana shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our facilities or services, except where caused by our negligence. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Kshemavana / SDM Institute of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
