About This Therapy

What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is a science-driven, patient-centred discipline that restores, maintains, and maximises physical strength, function, motion, and overall wellbeing. Our approach integrates four evidence-based pillars: comprehensive manual therapy to mobilise joints and release soft tissue restrictions; therapeutic exercises grounded in functional biomechanics to rebuild strength, stability, and movement quality; advanced electrotherapy modalities to accelerate tissue healing and reduce pain; and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques to address the psychological dimensions of pain, recovery motivation, and long-term behaviour change.

Whether you are recovering from injury, surgery, or a chronic musculoskeletal condition, our physiotherapy programmes are individually assessed and progressively structured — ensuring measurable outcomes at every stage of your rehabilitation journey.

How It Works

Initial assessment : The physiotherapist conducts a detailed evaluation of posture, gait, range of motion, strength, neurological function, and pain patterns to establish a baseline and confirm diagnosis.

Goal-setting & programme design : A personalised, phased rehabilitation plan is co-created with the patient, defining short-term and long-term functional goals and the modalities to be used.

Electrotherapy application : Targeted electrotherapy (TENS, ultrasound, interferential therapy, or LASER) is administered to the affected region to manage pain, reduce inflammation, and promote tissue repair.
